Hiring Part-Time Beertenders! (Apply by April 5)
Icarus Brewing is growing our dynamic Taproom Team in Brick, NJ. We’re looking for Beertenders who thrive in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment. If you have a passion for craft beer and service experience, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service to patrons at the brewery
- Pour beer with proper technique, consistency, and care
- Engage guests to create a welcoming, positive experience
- Stock, organize, clean, and help maintain the tasting room
- Pour at off-site events such as beer festivals and farmers markets
- Fulfill online orders accurately and efficiently
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong multitasking skills and composure in high-volume settings
- Team-player mindset and attention to detail
- Friendly, outgoing, and reliable
- Passion for craft beer and willingness to learn
- Availability for multiple shifts a week, including weekends
- Ability to lift up to 55lbs and team lift up to 120lbs
- Clean driving record and valid Driver’s license required
Schedule:
- Part-time, 16–24 hours/week year-round
- Days, nights, and weekends required
